What is 3D Printing?

3D printing is a process of making three dimensional solid objects from a digital file using additive processes. In this process, an object is created by laying down successive layers of material until the object is created. Each of these layers can be seen as a thinly sliced horizontal cross-section of the eventual object. 3D printing enables you to produce complex (functional) shapes using less material than traditional manufacturing methods.

Why 3D Printing?

Printing happens in an additive process where a solid object is developed through the successive layering of a material. The procedure of 3D printing starts with the creation of a 3D digital file such as computer aided design. The digital file is then sent to a 3D printer for printing using a simple print command. Many companies have embraced this process in order to save money and time.

The advantages of choosing 3D printing are faster production, easy accessibility, creative design and freedom to customize, less waste production, risk reduction and more. It has been wowing entrepreneurs and enthusiasts because of its extreme flexibility. It has applications for almost any industry or field.

Stand Out from the Rest

iFOIL - Hot Foil Stamping

Budget Printing offers digital embossing and hot foil stamping on small-run or large-run print jobs. This process involves the application of metallic or pigmented foil on to a solid surface by application of a heated die onto foil, making it permanently adhere to the surface below leaving the design of the die.

Say goodbye to the old methods. This process can be used for embossing and variable data foiling, allowing us to apply multiple-coloured foils (with up to 3 colours) in a single pass. This technology has eliminated the traditional method of making dyes.
