Proofing & Approvals

We need your "OK"!

A key part of our business is ensuring that we're printing exactly what you hope for. Our focus is on the production, making the finished piece meet our standards. We always do our best to catch possible artwork errors (such as the mighty typo), but ultimately it is up to the customer to point out mistakes or desired changes.

That's why we like to highlight the importance of your approval. Before we begin production, we look to you to sign off the final proof—or to confirm you trust that we will do our best with the job. You can find more details in our Conditions of Sale.

Proofing via Email

We can send you a PDF of your print job, for you to review on screen or by printing it out yourself. Reply by email with any changes, and/or approve the artwork.

Hard Copy Proof

We can send you a hard copy (printout) of your print job, for you to review. Return the hard copy approved and/or with changes to be made. Fax proofing is also available.

In Person

Contact us about when you can come by to review your print job for changes and/or approval. We will have a digital printout for you to check over for changes or approval.
