"If your finished job does not reasonably resemble your approved final proof, contains abnormal imperfections, or if we failed to follow your written instructions, we'll reprint your job FREE."
This guarantee does not apply to errors present in your final proof but not noted at the time of your approval. Always double- and even triple-check your final proof! We do our best to watch for potential content errors but ultimately the onus is on you, the customer, to ensure that the artwork itself is error-free.
